Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mica Makaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Makaaja has chosen BassLovers United - I Can't Dance as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Shamrock shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Makaaja manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Shamrock trying to stand up but can't free himself from Makaaja's guard.
Shamrock has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Makaaja to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Shamrock is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Makaaja pulls down on the head and he's put Shamrock to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Mica Makaaja!
