Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sean Yuen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Pelayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yuen misses the shot to the body.
Yuen misses with a two punch combination.
Yuen closes the distance and pushes Pelayo back into the cage.
Yuen keeps control of Pelayo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Pelayo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Yuen backwards.

Pelayo makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pelayo takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Sean Yuen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pelayo cracks Yuen with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Pelayo throws a nice looking combination but Yuen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That was a close round but I would say that Sean Yuen will probably get the nod.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Horrible takedown by Yuen or perhaps it was just good defense by Pelayo which made him look bad.

Pelayo drops Yuen with a beautiful combination! Yuen stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pelayo is looking for the KO!

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Yuen, right into the meat.
Yuen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pelayo to score with a decent uppercut.

Pelayo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Yuen.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jeez, Sean Yuen's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Yuen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Sean Yuen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
