The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucania misses with a body kick.
Quesada looks to score with a jab to the body but Lucania is just out of range.

Quesada ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lucania moves away.
Miguel Quesada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lucania darts in and clinches Quesada up against the cage.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Lucania for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Quesada has eaten all the pies!

Lucania lands a big head kick that sends Quesada tumbling to the mat! Lucania takes a step backwards and waves Quesada back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Miguel Quesada has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lucania and Quesada are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Lucania throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Quesada into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Lucania knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Salvatore Lucania!
After the fight, Salvatore Lucania was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
