Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mister Vengeance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edson Duarte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vengeance's entrance music is Melt-Banana - Shield For Your Eyes, A Beast in the Well on Your Hand. A fine choice. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mister Vengeance! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Edson Duarte! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vengeance connects with an inside leg kick. Duarte shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vengeance pinned against the cage. Vengeance gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Duarte shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Vengeance as he jumps to the side. Duarte throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Vengeance tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Duarte is in Vengeance's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Vengeance throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Vengeance has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Duarte can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Vengeance avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Duarte really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vengeance. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vengeance wants to stand up but Duarte is controlling him. Duarte sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Vengeance doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Duarte paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Vengeance - great work!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Mister Vengeance! Mister Vengeance tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
