Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TJ Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Get'em Kimbo. The key to victory for Kimbo Slice has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice gets caught flat footed, as Pierce shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Pierce being controlled here momentarily.
Pierce pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Slice is keeping the position for now.
Slice working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pierce doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pierce manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Slice wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Slice throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Slice tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pierce swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Pierce lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pierce.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slice is trying to control the action in half guard but Pierce is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Slice feints and as Pierce raises his hands in defense, Slice changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Pierce should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Slice is stalling here. Pierce is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Slice seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Pierce has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Pierce jumps guard but Slice stands there with Pierce around his waist. Pierce gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Slice is looking to control Pierce's arms but Pierce gets an underhook and turns him. Now Slice has his back to the cage.
Slice works on Pierce's body with a couple of short punches.
Pierce tries to score a body lock takedown but Slice shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Pierce wants to break the clinch but can't.
Slice scores with a shoulder strike.
Pierce tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Pierce fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Slice throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Slice tries to clinch up.
Slice lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Pierce clinches but Slice breaks the clinch
and Slice counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Pierce's guard now.

Pierce wants to stand up but Slice is controlling him.
TJ Pierce has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
