The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Atlas. No joy for Piotrowski on that attempt.
Atlas tries to bum rush Piotrowski with a series of wild strikes but Piotrowski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Piotrowski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Atlas is fending him off so far but Piotrowski persists. Nope, Atlas circles away and we're back to standing.
Atlas fails with the takedown
and Piotrowski counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Atlas throws a lazy body kick
and Piotrowski counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Atlas is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Atlas tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Piotrowski counters with a huge head kick that drops Atlas! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
