Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John McClane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Sanderrs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McClane comes to the cage accompanied by Refuse/Resist. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John McClane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Luke Sanderrs! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McClane gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sanderrs to score an easy takedown into full guard. Sanderrs slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. McClane keeping moving, preventing Sanderrs from controlling successfully. Sanderrs works a leg free and moves into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sanderrs is taking a breather. McClane says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Sanderrs thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Sanderrs thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. McClane tries to get to full guard but Sanderrs has control of the leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. McClane has hold of Sanderrs's hands but Sanderrs slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Sanderrs looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks McClane with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Sanderrs decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. McClane misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McClane throws out a loose jab but Sanderrs uses good head movement to avoid it. Sanderrs moves out of range of the body kick from McClane.
Sanderrs dives in and scores a takedown into McClane's guard. Sanderrs has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sanderrs postures up and lands a big shot to McClane's brow. McClane wants to get back to his feet but Sanderrs is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Sanderrs works a leg free and moves into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McClane is refusing to be controlled, as Sanderrs sits in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanderrs throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Sanderrs looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sanderrs missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. McClane is refusing to be controlled, as Sanderrs sits in half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Luke Sanderrs was stalling too much, according to the referee. Sanderrs closes the distance and clinches. McClane keeps control of Sanderrs as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Sanderrs misses with a punch on the inside.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanderrs wants a takedown.
McClane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

It looks like Luke Sanderrs has been cut. McClane lands with a nice combination. Sanderrs backs away looking to recover.
Sanderrs is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! McClane lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sanderrs at a distance.
Sanderrs is still on wobbly legs! Can McClane finish him? Sanderrs looks gassed! Sanderrs tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McClane paws at him with a jab and circles away. Sanderrs gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! McClane gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John McClane! A loyal slave to those sponsorship dollars, John McClane made sure he mentioned Torment Fightwear, along with how happy he was to win his fight.
