Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bisping lands with an uppercut that bounces Smith off the ropes and back into range.
It looks like DeAndre Smith has been cut.
Smith moves out of range of the strikes.
Bisping scores with a hook to the body. Smith takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Bisping lands a jab to Smith's midsection.
Bisping misses with a hook. Smith ducked under it nicely.
The fighters circling - Bisping throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bisping connects with a good right hand that stumbles Smith. Smith circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smith dives in and grabs Bisping's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bisping pushes down on Smith's head and hops out.
Smith closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bisping quickly recovers to half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Smith is thwarting Bisping's attempts to control the position.
Bisping tries to roll over but Smith keeps him under control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bisping is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Bisping is staying active underneath Smith, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Bisping has hold of Smith's hands but Smith slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Smith is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bisping can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Bisping is wriggling around trying to escape.
Smith cracks Bisping with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bisping tries to hold on but Smith postures up.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bisping tries to lock up and control but Smith gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Smith is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Smith lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Bisping is still in real trouble! Can Smith finish him?
Bisping wants to use the ropes to get back to his feet here.
BOOM! Smith connects with a massive shot to the dome!
A big strike lands for Smith! That's really hurt Bisping and he's turned his back - Smith keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Smith jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
