Cling has chosen Indistructable as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justice Evans! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mitch Cling! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Evans changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cling looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Evans tries to advance to mount but can't. Cling really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Evans. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Cling avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Evans. Cling is trying to get back to his feet. Cling is looking to reverse the position. Evans looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Evans is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Cling is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Cling is trying to buck Evans off. Cling tries to buck Evans off but Evans is having none of it. Evans scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Cling to see if he's OK. Cling wants to get back to his feet but Evans drags him back down.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cling tries to get back to half guard but can't. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Evans working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Evans tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Evans has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! An elbow from Evans crashes against the mat.
Evans thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Cling takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Evans is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Cling has escaped the position, nice work there. Evans is breathing heavily. Cling is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Evans asserts his dominance and retains side control. Evans landing a few strikes. Cling takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Evans working away. Cling is being controlled here. Cling is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Evans's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Evans! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Cling has tapped! This one is allllll over!
