The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kizzar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Thomas Jr pinned against the cage. Thomas Jr gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kizzar forces Thomas Jr back against the cage and clinches.
Kizzar is trying to drag Thomas Jr to the mat but Thomas Jr just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
