Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Galustyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jigoro Lunar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michael Galustyan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jigoro Lunar! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Lunar. No joy for Galustyan on that attempt. Galustyan moves away from the strike by Lunar. Lunar throws a right hand that Galustyan ducks under and follows up with a left that Galustyan also avoids with ease. Lunar tries to land a front kick but Galustyan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Lunar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Galustyan or perhaps it was just good defense by Lunar which made him look bad. Galustyan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lunar.
Jigoro Lunar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lunar misses with a few strikes there.
Galustyan fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Galustyan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lunar scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Galustyan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Lunar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Galustyan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lunar stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lunar wants it to stay on the feet. Galustyan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lunar can pounce on him.
Lunar throws a right and a left that both miss. Jigoro Lunar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Galustyan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Galustyan sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lunar defending well though. Galustyan stops Lunar from getting back to his feet.
Galustyan is keen to just control but Lunar is a slippery customer. Lunar regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Galustyan. Lunar wants to stand up but Galustyan is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Galustyan postures up in Lunar's guard and throws a big left but Lunar blocks it. Galustyan is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Galustyan prevents Lunar from getting back to his feet. Galustyan looking to pass the guard. Galustyan scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Galustyan throws a strike but Lunar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Galustyan not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Galustyan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lunar's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Michael Galustyan will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Galustyan working some strikes from top position. Galustyan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Galustyan trying to control but Lunar is working from the bottom. Galustyan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Galustyan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lunar works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Galustyan throwing strikes from guard but Lunar blocks nicely.

He's now in Galustyan's guard. Nice move by Lunar! Galustyan wants to hit a switch here but Lunar passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Galustyan there! Lunar is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Lunar fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Galustyan looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Galustyan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lunar's head. Galustyan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lunar keeps working. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Galustyan is stalling here. Lunar is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Galustyan seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lunar has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Galustyan is looking to reverse the position. Michael Galustyan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lunar prevents Galustyan from escaping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

He's now in the guard on the top. Galustyan wants to stand but Lunar is controlling the position. Jigoro Lunar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Galustyan wants to stand up but Lunar is controlling him. Galustyan wants to get back to his feet but Lunar passes into half guard.
