Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nuke Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rico Willis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Rico Willis!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Willis slips under a jab from Yu.
Yu lands with an overhand left.
A telegraphed right hand from Yu misses the target.
Willis misses with a hook
and Yu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Rico Willis has been cut.
Willis scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Yu doesn't seem bothered though.
Yu looks to land a left hand but Willis moved out of range nicely.
Yu takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Willis tries to clinch up but Yu circles away and keeps his distance.
Yu misses with a jab, cross combination.
Willis throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Willis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Willis moves in looking to clinch but Yu pushes him off.
Willis swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Willis dips to his left and cracks Yu with an uppercut!

It looks like Nuke Yu has been cut.
Willis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Willis on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Yu tries to keep at a distance but Willis has taken the fight into the clinch.
Yu wants to get back to striking at distance but Willis won't allow it.
A head punch on the inside from Yu fails to land.
Yu has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Yu tries to circle away but Willis has him pinned against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Yu's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Willis tries a body shot but Yu blocks it.
Yu wants a takedown but no success here.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Yu throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Willis on the side of the head.

Willis moves into range and clinches up with Yu.
Yu wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Willis has him pressed against the cage.

Yu's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Yu thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rico Willis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Willis ducks under a wild hook from Yu.
Willis fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Yu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Willis tries to clinch up.

Willis closes the distance and clinches.
Willis pushes off an throws an elbow but Yu leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Willis misses with a hook to the ribs.
Yu takes an elbow to the forehead.
Willis tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Willis manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Willis will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Yu up against the cage.
Yu is looking to break free of the clinch but Willis has double underhooks.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Willis lands with a light punch inside.
Willis makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rico Willis dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Yu is rocked!

Willis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Yu, pushing him back against the cage.
Oh Yu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Willis lands a nice shot to the body.
Willis has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Yu - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Willis, and another! Yu is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
