Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benevidez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dubois swivels and escapes.
Dubois clinches.
Dubois throws a knee to the head but misses.

Dubois is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

and Benevidez counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dubois won't be happy with that.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Benevidez is trying to trip Dubois. He has hold of a leg but Dubois is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Benevidez persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dubois is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Benevidez pushes down on Dubois's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Benevidez works his foot free and advances to mount.
Benevidez quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Benevidez but it's paid off an Dubois is forced to tap! Nice work by Benevidez.
