Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugh Recksun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erol Ottis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Recksun comes into the arena with The Stroke blaring out of the sound system. Hugh Recksun has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hugh Recksun! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Erol Ottis! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Recksun tries a head kick but it misses.
Ottis blocks a head kick by Recksun.
Recksun swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ottis counters with a lovely straight right hand! Recksun throws a head kick that Ottis semi-blocks.
Ottis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ottis looks to score with a jab to the body but Recksun is just out of range. Ottis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Recksun moves away. A combination from Recksun does no damage. Ottis throws an overhand right that lands on Recksun's shoulder, as Recksun tries to avoid the shot. A combination from Recksun does no damage. Ottis thows a left - swing and a miss! Ottis scores a takedown into full mount! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Ottis thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Recksun tries to lock up and control but Ottis gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Ottis tries to control but Recksun wriggling away. Ottis is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Recksun to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Recksun shrugs it off. Ottis trying to control but he's not successful this time. Recksun holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ottis tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Ottis throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Ottis postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Recksun looks a forlorn figure.
It looks like Hugh Recksun has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ottis connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Hugh Recksun's cut is getting worse.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hugh Recksun's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
