A fine choice. Lowrey has chosen Inner Circle - Bad Boys as his entrance music. Peter Parker has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Lowrey!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker is looking to clinch but Lowrey is avoiding it.
Parker swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Parker misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lowrey.
Parker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lowrey keeps the fight on the outside.
Lowrey shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Parker but Parker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Lowrey closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Parker tries to bum rush Lowrey with a series of wild strikes but Lowrey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Parker misses with a wild combination.
Parker misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lowrey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Parker circles away.
The fighters circling - Parker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Parker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Parker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
The fighters circling - Lowrey throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Parker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lowrey moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Parker lands a head kick. Lowrey smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Lowrey is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Parker uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lowrey has time to react.
Lowrey is still on wobbly legs! Can Parker finish him?
A head kick misses from Parker.
Parker throws a series of strikes that have Lowrey backpedaling.
Lowrey falls off balance throwing a combination
and Parker counters with a left and a right... And another left! Lowrey is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Parker!
