Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johans Belforte!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belforte takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Lahey gets the takedown into side control.

Belforte tries to buck Lahey off but Lahey is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round but I would say that Randy Lahey will probably get the nod.
