The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black scores with a crisp jab that stopped Roberts in his tracks.
Black swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Roberts shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Roberts shoots for a takedown but Black saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Black really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Roberts doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Black missing with a left hand there. Roberts was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Black cracks Roberts with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Roberts drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Roberts is rocked!
James Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Black lands with a big left! Roberts is wobbled badly! Black comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Roberts to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
