The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jhonson lands with a kick to the temple. Axelsson shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Johan Axelsson has been cut.
Axelsson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jhonson shoots in but no luck this time.
Jhonson shoots in looking for a takedown. Axelsson tries to sprawl out of it but Jhonson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Axelsson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jhonson fails to land the takedown.

Axelsson attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Axelsson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Jhonson wants to control but Axelsson is keeping busy and won't allow it.
