Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jayden Fuego (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reno Delgado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delgado throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Fuego fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Delgado manages to avoid it.

Fuego jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Delgado is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Delgado and Fuego has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Fuego makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Delgado really felt that one!
A slapping body kick lands there for Fuego.

Fuego decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Fuego is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Delgado doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fuego.

Fuego drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Delgado manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fuego has Delgado in his guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jayden Fuego will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Fuego feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
