Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Son Goku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Salcedo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goku comes into the arena with Cha-La-Head-Cha-La blaring out of the sound system. Salcedo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Muse - Muscle Museum. Son Goku has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
23 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Son Goku!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Julio Salcedo!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goku misses with a jab, cross combination.
Goku fakes the leg kick and cracks Salcedo in the body.
Salcedo avoids the body shot from Goku.
A slow jab from Goku misses its intended target.
Goku takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A punch lands to the side of Goku 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Salcedo drops Goku with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Goku looks back up at him and smiles so Salcedo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Son Goku has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Goku throws a low kick but Salcedo moves out of range easily.
Salcedo waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Goku.
Goku misses with a hook.
Goku connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Salcedo thows a body shot but no joy.
Salcedo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Goku connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Salcedo scrambles back to his feet.
Goku misses with a left hand
and Salcedo scores with a counter punch that sends Goku to the canvas! Salcedo smells blood - he's punishing Goku with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Goku has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Julio Salcedo!
