Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martin Prien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerlach Rutger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Prien comes to the cage accompanied by Yellow Submarine. Gerlach Rutger will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prien looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Rutger sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Rutger is in trouble now - Prien has advanced to mount!
Rutger suckers Prien into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Rutger is now in Prien's guard!

Prien is stalling here. Rutger is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Prien seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Rutger has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rutger's corner are yelling at him, telling him to just focus on controlling Prien's hands.

Prien has got his arm under Rutger's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Rutger has spun round into Prien's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Prien has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rutger should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Prien has tightened it up now! Rutger should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
