Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Obed Kunirio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabricio dos Nikkos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Obed Kunirio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fabricio dos Nikkos!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dos Nikkos shoots for a double leg takedown but Kunirio sprawls well. He's pushed dos Nikkos's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kunirio lands a glancing blow to the side of dos Nikkos's head.
Kunirio displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from dos Nikkos.
dos Nikkos fails to land the takedown.
Obed Kunirio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fabricio dos Nikkos.
Kunirio moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
dos Nikkos slips a jab from Kunirio.

Kunirio lands the left hand.
dos Nikkos has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kunirio finds it's way round the side to connect with dos Nikkos's head.
dos Nikkos gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kunirio throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Nice sprawl there from Kunirio as dos Nikkos shoots in.
Obed Kunirio is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kunirio is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Horrible takedown by dos Nikkos or perhaps it was just good defense by Kunirio which made him look bad.
dos Nikkos dodges the punch combination from Kunirio.
dos Nikkos ducks under a wild hook from Kunirio.

Kunirio throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kunirio throws a nice looking combination but dos Nikkos bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
dos Nikkos gets a takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Kunirio is trying is best to control the position here.
dos Nikkos in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Kunirio tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from dos Nikkos!
