Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ike Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taylor Stram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ike Turner! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Taylor Stram! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Lou da Vinci and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner throws a head kick but Stram moves out of range.
Stram fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Turner fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Turner pushes Stram away with a front kick. Turner connects with an inside leg kick. Turner looks to land a body kick but Stram moved away. Stram closes the distance and clinches up with Turner, looking for a takedown. Stram pushes Turner against the cage but Turner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Taylor Stram seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stram changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Turner tries to avoid it but Stram manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Turner to the ground. Turner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ike Turner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Taylor Stram. Stram doesn't succeed with the takedown and Turner makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Turner scores with a kick to the midsection. Stram chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Turner can pounce on him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nice takedown defense from Turner. No joy for Stram on that attempt. Turner throws a push kick but Stram slaps the foot to one side. Stram has a takedown stuffed. Turner tests Stram's chin there with a solid looking shot. Stram fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Turner avoids it really well and circles away. Stram tries for a takedown but Turner sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stram will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A chopping leg kick lands by Turner. Turner turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Stram looks gassed! Stram avoids the head kick by Turner.
Stram shoots in for a takedown but Turner shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Stram shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Turner as he avoids it easily. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Turner lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Stram has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Turner. Stram shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Turner counters with a solid body kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Turner lands a nice looking body kick. Turner thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Stram if he has to take too many more of those.

Turner throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Turner closes the distance and clinches. Stram wants a takedown but no success here.
Turner lands a damaging elbow. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Turner lands with a right to the head. Stram looking for a takedown. Turner softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Stram's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Stram being controlled against the cage. Turner gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Stram wants a takedown but no success here.
Turner lands an elbow inside that Stram shrugs off. Stram takes an elbow to the forehead. Stram is trying desperately to land a takedown but Turner is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Stram. Turner creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Stram's defenses. Turner lands a nice uppercut. Turner lands a nice elbow. Stram is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Turner is defending well. Turner creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Stram's defenses. Turner lands an elbow inside. Stram is rocked! Turner pushes Stram back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Stram is still on wobbly legs! Can Turner finish him?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stram is trying to drag Turner to the mat but Turner just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Turner lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Turner lands a knee to the body.
Turner unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Stram! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Turner is unloading with more strikes now! Stram drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ike Turner!
