Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cory Rice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guillaume Veilleux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Veilleux's choice of entrance music: Pou Lari A.. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veilleux rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rice counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Veilleux thows a body shot but no joy.
Rice misses with a two punch combination.
Veilleux fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rice manages to avoid it.
A nice combination there by Rice.
Veilleux fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Rice, pushing him back against the cage.
Veilleux swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Veilleux with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Cory Rice has been cut.
Veilleux gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Veilleux wants to pass to mount but Rice is defending the position.
Rice is looking for a sweep. Veilleux is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Veilleux wants to take a breather but Rice is having none of it.
Veilleux throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Veilleux passes the guard and advances to mount!
