Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sam Fisher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Trevor Jones!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Micheangelo Fripello and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with an uppercut. Fisher saw that one coming.
Jones throws a jab when Fisher was well out of range.
Fisher uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jones.
A slow jab from Fisher misses its intended target.
Jones keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Fisher displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jones throws out the jab.
Fisher moves away from the strike by Jones.
Trevor Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jones gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Sam Fisher will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
