Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes into the arena with MGK ft Ester Dean-Invincible blaring out of the sound system. Johnson has chosen lunatic fringe as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jorge Green! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Michael Johnson! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson tries for a takedown but Green sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Green fails to land with a series of punches.
Johnson dives in and grabs Green's left leg, looking for a takedown. Green pushes down on Johnson's head and hops out. Johnson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Green stalks Johnson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Johnson's face. Johnson staggers backwards, shaken. Johnson looks to score with a jab to the body but Green is just out of range. Good standup being displayed there by Green as he connects with a hook. Johnson takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Green keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Johnson closes the distance and clinches up with Green, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes Green against the cage but Green circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jorge Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Johnson. A jab from Johnson does it's job there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Johnson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Green did well to prevent Johnson getting side control. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Still in half guard, Johnson seems content to control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Johnson prevents Green from improving his position. Green wants to get back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round. Green looks like he's trying to stand up.
Johnson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Johnson trying to control but Green is having none of it. Johnson prevents Green from getting the reversal. Johnson working Green over with strikes here. Green tries to hold on but Johnson postures up. Johnson is landing with some decent strikes but Green is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Green is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Green on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Green tries to get out of the position. Johnson trying to control but Green is having none of it. Green wants to control but Johnson is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Green hang on? Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Johnson is in the full mount, landing strikes. Green keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Green wants to hold on but Johnson pushes him away. Johnson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Green to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Green shrugs it off. Johnson avoids the attempt from Green to control. Johnson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Johnson looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Johnson wants to control the pace but Green is squirming around nicely. Green tries to hold on but Johnson pushes him away. Green is looking to improve his position but Johnson isn't that keen on the idea. Johnson controlling his opponent.

Johnson lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Green keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Johnson lands a big shot there that rocks Green but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Green is in all sorts of trouble here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Green wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Johnson celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Johnson! An out of breath Michael Johnson thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
