Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Towraghondi closes the distance and clinches up with Torrado, looking for a takedown. Towraghondi pushes Torrado against the cage but Torrado circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Towraghondi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Torrado sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Towraghondi somewhat.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Towraghondi is defended easily by Torrado.

Torrado digs a good hook to Towraghondi's body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Horrible takedown by Towraghondi or perhaps it was just good defense by Torrado which made him look bad.
Torrado moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Torrado tries to sprawl but Towraghondi drives through with a takedown into half guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
