Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aoki Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aoki comes to the cage accompanied by Marcelo D2 - Desabafo . The crowd seem to be enjoying Speed's choice of entrance music: Sucker Punch / Army Of Me. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 0 - 1, fighting out of London, Aoki Aoki!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Connor Speed!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Aoki fails with a takedown attempt.
Speed fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Aoki on the side of the head.
Aoki tries to close the distance and clinch but Speed swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Speed slips a jab from Aoki.
Aoki throws a series of punches but Speed avoids them all with ease.
Speed jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Aoki throws a looping overhand right but Speed ducks down to avoid it.
Aoki blocks a leg kick.
Speed connects with a good right hand that stumbles Aoki. Aoki circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Aoki throws a hook to the side of Speed's head but Speed sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Speed darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Speed misses the shot to the body.
Aoki tries to close the distance and clinch up but Speed swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Speed throws a hook but Aoki avoids it easily.
Speed gets caught napping as Aoki dives in and scores a takedown. Speed manages to retain guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Speed wants to sweep but no luck.
Aoki prevents Speed from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Aoki with a flurry of punches that miss.
Speed controlling the position.
Speed looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Speed really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aoki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Aoki stops Speed from standing up.
Speed utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Speed wants to control the position but Aoki says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Speed is staying active underneath Aoki, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Aoki not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Aoki is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Speed still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Speed has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Aoki is looking for a sweep.
Speed working the head and body with strikes.
Aoki manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Aoki is staying active underneath Speed, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Speed stalling away here and it's allowed Aoki to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Speed lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Aoki preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Speed with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Aoki avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Speed wants to control from the top but Aoki keeps moving.
Aoki is looking to sinch up a triangle. Speed throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Aoki's body to avoid the submission. Aoki has instead reached around Speed's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Aoki arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Aoki Aoki!
Aoki Aoki retains his lightweight title!
A relieved looking Aoki Aoki thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
