The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kusho throws a right hand that Stiga ducks under and follows up with a left that Stiga also avoids with ease.
Kusho misses with a jab, cross combination.

Stiga throws a looping overhand right but Kusho ducks down to avoid it.
Kusho moves out of range of the body kick.
Sean Kusho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kusho keeps the fight on the outside.
Stiga throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kusho on the side of the head.
Stiga misses with a head kick.
Stiga shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Stiga scores with a push kick.
Kusho slow jab from Stiga misses its intended target.
Stiga lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kusho's sensitive parts.

Kusho uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stiga.

Kusho closes the distance and clinches up with Stiga, looking for a takedown. Kusho pushes Stiga against the cage but Stiga circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Stiga throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

and Kusho counters with a left to the body.

Kusho takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Stiga looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kusho takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Stiga dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kusho. That did some damage!
Stiga lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Stiga has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Stiga there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Trader Stiga has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A jab-cross combination lands for Kusho and sends Stiga crashing to the mat! Kusho follows him down to the mat - Stiga regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Kusho passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Stiga!
Oh Stiga is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
