Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mr Charcoal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bro Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Enter the Dragon. Bro Lee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee cracks the inside of Charcoal's front leg.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Charcoal wants to pass to mount but Lee is defending the position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Charcoal connects with a nice short shot to Lee's temple.

Lee is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Charcoal defends well.

Lee takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Lee clinches up against the cage.
Charcoal has Lee pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lee manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Lee is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Lee creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Charcoal's defenses.
Lee lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Charcoal backwards.
Charcoal tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Charcoal jumps guard but Lee turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mr Charcoal. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Charcoal moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Charcoal throws a hook but Lee blocks it.
The fighters circling - Charcoal throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Charcoal crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lee - the referee stops the clock and Charcoal gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lee. Charcoal manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Charcoal is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

That kick from Lee tenderised Charcoal's leg. Charcoal is trying to keep his angry face on.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Charcoal.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Charcoal checks a leg kick.
