Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tony Bamboni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory Trevor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bamboni comes to the cage accompanied by Ice Ice Baby. Trevor has chosen Bounce Wimme Now as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Bamboni! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cory Trevor! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Dean Styles and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bamboni misses with an attempted mid kick.
Jab by Bamboni. Trevor gets off balance looking for a body kick and Bamboni counters with a slapping leg kick. Trevor connects with an inside leg kick. A solid body kick from Trevor. Bamboni circles away from the clinch attempt.

Trevor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bamboni sprawls well. Bamboni wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Trevor gets slowly back to his feet. Trevor shoots in looking for a takedown. Bamboni tries to sprawl out of it but Trevor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bamboni manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Trevor is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bamboni sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Tony Bamboni has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cory Trevor.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bamboni looks to land a left hand but Trevor moved out of range nicely. Bamboni lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Bamboni waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Trevor. Trevor swings for the body but Bamboni moves out of range.

Trevor slips a jab from Bamboni. Trevor walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bamboni checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Trevor avoids the head kick by Bamboni.
Trevor turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Trevor with a poor takedown and Bamboni counters with a nice low kick that buckles Trevor's knee momentarily. Trevor scores with a kick to the body.
Trevor forces Bamboni back against the cage and clinches. Trevor tries to pull guard but Bamboni holds him up against the cage and eventually Trevor drops back down to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Trevor takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Bamboni tries a body shot but Trevor blocks it.
Trevor prevents a body shot from Bamboni. Bamboni is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Trevor is keeping busy. Trevor stalling in the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. With the fighters up against the cage, Bamboni throws an elbow but misses. Bamboni misses with a body punch.
Trevor is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Trevor tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bamboni just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Bamboni with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Trevor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bamboni tries to stall but Trevor uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Cory Trevor will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Trevor goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Tony Bamboni has been cut. Bamboni uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Trevor.

Trevor tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bamboni counters with a nice uppercut. Trevor decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Bamboni is trying to control but can't.
Trevor frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Bamboni tries to reverse the position but Trevor maintains control. Trevor fails to move to back control. Bamboni knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Trevor on the ground. Trevor with the ground and pound from mount. This has been an exciting period of action! Bamboni working to try and regain half guard.
Trevor lands a big shot there that rocks Bamboni but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trevor prevents Bamboni from getting the reversal. Trevor is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Bamboni has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Bamboni really wants to buck Trevor off and get back to his feet. Trevor avoids the attempt from Bamboni to control. Bamboni is in all sorts of trouble here.
A nice elbow there by Trevor. Trevor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Trevor landing strikes from the mount. Trevor is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bamboni to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bamboni shrugs it off. Bamboni wants to control but Trevor is having none of it. Trevor working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Trevor prevents Bamboni from getting the reversal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bamboni wants to hold on but Trevor pushes him away. Trevor is trying to take his opponent's back.
Bamboni is bucking up trying to escape but Trevor cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Bamboni is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Bamboni is trying desperately to improve position. Trevor lands a heavy elbow. Trevor looking to secure an arm triangle but Bamboni defends it well. Bamboni defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Trevor. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Trevor cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Bamboni sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Trevor is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bamboni doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Trevor. Trevor trying to pass the guard but Bamboni defending well. Bamboni works his way to full guard. Good work. Trevor is pushing down on Bamboni's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bamboni is fighting to maintain full guard but Trevor has managed to sneak the leg through. Bamboni is trying to maintain the position but Trevor is very close to passing his half guard. Trevor is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Cory Trevor has got the better of the ground game so far. Trevor slips a nice elbow through Bamboni's hands, connecting with Bamboni's forehead.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bamboni tries to get to full guard but Trevor has control of the leg. Trevor is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bamboni sees it coming and defends easily. Trevor seems to be working for a kimura but Bamboni defends the submission attempt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bamboni wants to improve his position but Trevor is controlling well.

Bamboni might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Trevor is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bamboni sees it coming and defends easily. Bamboni wants to improve his position but Trevor is controlling well.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Trevor is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Cory Trevor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Tony Bamboni's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

That's going to take a lot out of Cory Trevor. Trevor doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bamboni counters with a nice low kick that buckles Trevor's knee momentarily. That's one minute gone in the round. Bamboni throws a lazy body kick letting Trevor counter with a right hand. Trevor throws a sloppy head kick and Bamboni counters with a thumping low kick. Trevor uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bamboni. Trevor throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Bamboni rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Trevor moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sloppy strikes from Bamboni. Those never looked like landing. That's two minutes gone in the round. Bamboni throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bamboni stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bamboni wants it to stay on the feet. Cory Trevor seems to be getting the better of the standup. Trevor shoots in looking for a takedown but Bamboni manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Trevor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Trevor takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Trevor throws a leg kick and Bamboni counters with a thumping low kick. A chopping leg kick lands by Bamboni. Bamboni displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Trevor. Trevor moves out of range of the body kick. A head kick misses from Trevor. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sloppy strikes from Trevor. Those never looked like landing. Bamboni fails with an attempt to clinch.

Nice jab there from Bamboni. Tony Bamboni is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bamboni scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Bamboni tests Trevor's chin there with a solid looking shot. Trevor tries a head kick but it misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bamboni closes the distance and clinches. Bamboni lands an elbow inside that Trevor shrugs off. Bamboni tries to throw a body punch but Trevor avoids it by throwing Bamboni back against the cage. Trevor looking to stall.

Bamboni is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Trevor is defending well for now. Cory Trevor is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bamboni tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Tony Bamboni showed his dominance in that final round. I think Trevor has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
