The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Fry gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Heatrt to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Heatrt postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Fry is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Heatrt, into his guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Heatrt is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Fry rolls with it to try and escape but Heatrt cranks on the arm and Fry is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
