Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Spark Boro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomek Gutzeit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gutzeit has chosen Sobota- Do gory leb as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Spark Boro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomek Gutzeit! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gutzeit throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Boro tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Gutzeit is in Boro's guard. Gutzeit throws a big right hand that misses. Gutzeit has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Gutzeit passes Boro's left leg - he's now in half guard. Gutzeit is keen to just control but Boro is a slippery customer. Boro on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Boro tries to get out of the position. Boro is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Gutzeit scores with a couple of nice shots. Gutzeit wants to pass the guard but Boro is defending well. Boro is defending against the submission attempts here by Gutzeit.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gutzeit looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gutzeit is working for a kimura but Boro is defending it quite comfortably.
Gutzeit wants to free his trapped foot but Boro is holding on for dear life with his legs. Boro is staying active underneath Gutzeit, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gutzeit is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Boro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gutzeit on the ground. Gutzeit seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Boro does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Gutzeit is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Boro is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
