The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glassjaw finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Glassjaw's corner calls for a 1-2. Glassjaw obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Howard is rocked!
It looks like Chase Howard has been cut.
Howard shoots in and drives through. Glassjaw sprawls well.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Howard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Glassjaw escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Howard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Howard gets to his feet - Glassjaw follows without any prompting.
Glassjaw misses with a takedown
and Howard counters with a shoot takedown. Glassjaw fights it but they end up in guard.
Glassjaw can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Howard controls the pace.

Glassjaw is looking to sinch up a triangle. Howard throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Glassjaw's body to avoid the submission. Glassjaw has instead reached around Howard's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Glassjaw arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
