Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Besouro Preto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Honey Roast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Besouro Preto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Honey Roast!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Preto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Roast circles away quickly and effectively.
Roast shoots in and drives through. Preto sprawls well.
Preto fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nice takedown defense from Preto. No joy for Roast on that attempt.
Roast shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Preto manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Roast won't allow Preto to get back to his feet.
Roast throwing strikes but missing.
Preto utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Roast trying to control the position from guard on top but Preto is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Preto has control of Roast's left arm, preventing Roast from doing any damage.
Roast postures up in Preto's guard and throws a big left but Preto blocks it.
Roast lands a couple of digs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Preto preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Roast throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Preto works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Roast trying to control but Preto is working from the bottom.
Roast throws an elbow that misses. Preto uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Roast's guard. Nice move by Preto!

Roast wants to sweep but no luck.
Preto trying to control the position from guard on top but Roast is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Roast can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Preto controls the pace.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roast can do anything to dispel that myth.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Besouro Preto wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Roast changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Preto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Roast throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Preto works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Roast lands with a punch from half guard.
Roast working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Roast distracts Preto with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Roast throws a big right hand that misses.
Roast has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Preto to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Roast is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Preto pulls down on the head and he's put Roast to sleep! This one is all over!
