Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhuge Nu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zhuge Nu is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zhuge Nu! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Nu misses. Brown connects with a solid leg kick. Brown delivers a nice body kick. A head kick misses from Nu. Nu tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Brown connects with a jab. Brown misses with an attempted mid kick.
Nu throws out a leg kick but Brown moves out of range and Nu only half commits. A chopping leg kick lands by Brown. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nu misses with a series of wild punches.
Nu needs to keep his hands up - Brown had a free shot at his head there. Nu tries a head kick but it misses.
Joe Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown throws a nice inside leg kick. A good leg kick by Brown. Nu looks gassed! Horrible takedown by Nu or perhaps it was just good defense by Brown which made him look bad. Brown lands a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nu moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
It looks like Zhuge Nu has been cut. Brown lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Nu stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Brown. Nice body kick there by Brown. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Brown drops Nu with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Nu looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Nu is rocked! Brown cracks Nu with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Nu tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Brown pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Nu is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joe Brown!
