Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ichabod Crane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jung Sung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crane comes to the cage accompanied by DONT LOSE YOUR HEAD. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ichabod Crane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jung Sung! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Sano and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A cross from Crane lands. Sung misses with a wild body shot. Sung takes a shot right to the bread basket. Crane digs a good hook to Sung's body.
Crane thows a body shot but no joy. Crane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sung manages to avoid it. Sung is trying hard to land a takedown here. Crane sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Crane misses with a jab to the body
and Sung counters with a straight right hand. Sung shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Ichabod Crane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sung shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Crane pinned against the cage. Crane gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Crane on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Crane misses with a wild body shot. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crane keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Crane connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Crane is looking to wear down Sung with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crane lands with a shot to the body. Sung misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sung throws a series of punches but Crane moves out of range. Crane lands with a shot to the body. Decent striking displayed by Crane there. Crane throws a jab when Sung was well out of range. Sung keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Crane fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Sung scores with a three punch combo!
Sung throws a jab when Crane was well out of range. Crane misses with an uppercut. Sung saw that one coming. Crane just misses with a punch to the body.
Sung is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Crane's half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Crane wants to get back to full guard. Sung looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Crane with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Crane has his hands clasped together around Sung's back. He's all about the action. Crane is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crane blocking the ground and pound attempt from Sung. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sung missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Crane tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Sung missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Crane moves into full guard.
Crane has momentary wrist control but Sung slips an elbow through the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crane wants to sweep but no luck. Sung is looking to work some ground and pound but Crane has wrist control. Crane trying to control the position.
Crane keeping full guard, as Sung tries to pass. Sung controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Crane tries to land a sweep but no joy. Sung working some strikes from top position. Sung trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Sung trying to control but Crane is working from the bottom. Crane manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sung avoids a series of strikes thrown by Crane.
Crane wants to control the pace but Sung is squirming around nicely. Crane swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Sung is now in Crane's guard. A big mistake from Crane there, giving up the dominant position! This has been an exciting period of action! Crane looking to control but Sung passes into half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Crane is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ichabod Crane will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Sung misses with a body shot.
Sung misses the shot to the body. Crane comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Crane lands with a good body shot. Sung takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Sung misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sung moves out of range of the strikes. Crane swings for the body but Sung moves out of range.
Jung Sung is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sung shoots in for a takedown but Crane shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ichabod Crane is winning the standup battle so far. Sung throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Crane was covering up waiting for the punch and Sung finishes the takedown easily into guard. Crane is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crane working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sung. Crane pulls Sung in close to prevent any damage. Sung landing with the ground and pound. Crane looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sung is one step ahead there. Crane is controlling Sung's posture. Sung wants to control from the top but Crane keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Sung throws a big elbow that misses. Sung working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sung preventing the sweep. Crane pulls Sung in close to his closed guard and prevents Sung from doing any damage or advancing position. Sung loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Crane lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sung! Sung wants to control but Crane is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crane trying to control but he's not successful this time. Crane working Sung over with strikes here. Sung is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Crane lands with some strikes. Crane lands a nice shot to the head. Crane has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sung's face.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sung tries to hold on but Crane postures up. BOOM! Crane connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crane pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Crane throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Sung because Crane loaded up on that one. Crane tries to control but Sung wriggling away. Sung can't escape the position.
Sung is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Crane with a couple of short strikes. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Crane landing punches. Crane tries to control but Sung wriggling away. Sung tries to reverse the position but Crane maintains control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ichabod Crane dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Sung fails to land the takedown. Crane connects with a crisp jab. Sung swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Crane throws an overhand right that lands on Sung's shoulder, as Sung tries to avoid the shot. Sung misses with a two punch combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sung. Crane does a little dance to reset his feet. Crane's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sung under the eye. Crane misses with a hook. Crane throws a jab but it's blocked by Sung. Crane defending well as Sung loads up on a big left hand. Crane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sung manages to avoid it. Sung tries to bum rush Crane with a series of wild strikes but Crane uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Crane connects with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crane swings for the body but Sung moves out of range.
A bone on bone clash there as Crane blocks the leg kick.
Sung fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. A punch combination from Sung misses. Sung swings away with a body shot that misses
and Crane counters with a left to the body. Crane uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sung.
Sung throws a combination that misses and Crane cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sung shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Sung has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Crane finds it's way round the side to connect with Sung's head. Crane uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sung. Donk. Crane catches Sung right on the button with a cross. Sung takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sung takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Crane misses the shot to the body. Ichabod Crane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Crane works the jab nicely. Sung thuds a left hand into Crane's body. Crane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sung manages to avoid it. Sung on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Crane throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sung on the side of the head. Crane connects with a body shot that sends Sung's belly button to the back. Sung takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Crane digs a good body shot into Sung's ribs. Crane misses with a wild body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Crane misses. Crane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sung was well out of range. Poor timing from Crane. Nice shot lands for Crane. Sung lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Crane circles away quickly and effectively. Crane scores with a shot to the body.
Sung throws a body punch but Crane moves out of range. Crane misses the shot to the body. Crane throws a body punch but Sung moves out of range. Sung misses with a looping left. Sung walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Crane lands a nice shot to the body.
Sung swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Crane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Jung Sung has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crane lands with a shot to the body. Sung tries to land a front kick but Crane steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Crane avoids the body shot from Sung.
Crane jabs at Sung's body. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Crane with a jab. Crane fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Crane misses with a body shot.
Crane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sung throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Crane's waist but Crane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sung off to one side. Sung takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Crane throws a good cross that connects.
Sung walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Crane checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Crane ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! Ichabod Crane showed his dominance in that final round. Well Crane has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
