Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Purity Gutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Harbor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Purity Gutz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, James Harbor! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Gutz. Harbor paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Harbor feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gutzs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Harbor with a lazy takedown attempt and Gutz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Gutz takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Harbor uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gutz. Nice takedown defense from Gutz. No joy for Harbor on that attempt. Gutz thows a body shot but no joy. Gutz wants to clinch. Harbor uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gutz. Gutz misses with a hook. Harbor takes a swing at Gutz's ribcage but misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harbor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Harbor looks to land a right hand but Gutz moved out of range. Harbor misses with a looping right. Gutz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Harbor was well out of range. Poor timing from Gutz. Harbor moves out of range as Gutz strikes. Gutz jabbing away but nothing is landing. Harbor with a poor takedown and Gutz counters with a nice double leg into side control. Harbor won't be happy with that. Purity Gutz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Harbor. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Harbor manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Harbor controlling the pace. Harbor is pressing down on Gutz's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gutz is holding on for now. Harbor is looking to take a break and control but Gutz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Gutz makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Gutz. Harbor tries to free his leg and advance position but Gutz is retaining full guard. Harbor drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gutz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Harbor has Gutz in his guard. Harbor looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gutz slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Harbor manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Harbor looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Gutz is staying active underneath Harbor, who seems content to just control the action from this position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gutz is controlling Harbor's position as best he can from this difficult position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's one minute gone in the round. Gutz passes to side control. Gutz looks up at the clock and then as Harbor takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Gutz smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Harbor is looking for a sweep. Gutz in side control lands a decent elbow. Harbor tries to get back to half guard but can't. A lull in the action here. Gutz working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Harbor is looking to reverse the position. Purity Gutz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Harbor takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Gutz tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Gutz lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Gutzis looking to pass into half guard but Harbor pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Harbor is in guard. Harbor controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harbor looking to pass the guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Harbor has gone for a leg lock! Gutz slips out almost immediately though and dives into Harbor's guard.
