Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eric Ford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McNamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ford comes to the cage accompanied by For What It's Worth. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eric Ford! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, John McNamara! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNamara lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Ford slips under a jab. Ford is looking to clinch but McNamara is avoiding it.
McNamara fails to land with a series of punches.
McNamara shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. McNamara misses with a right hand and Ford makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. John McNamara seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sloppy strikes from Ford. Those never looked like landing. McNamara throws a series of punches but Ford avoids them all with ease. McNamara throws out a powerful jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McNamara connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Ford shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McNamara sprawls well. McNamara wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ford gets slowly back to his feet. Ford tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ford bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Ford tries to clinch but McNamara moves away and McNamara counters with a series of strikes. Ford will be more careful next time no doubt. McNamara misses the shot to the body. Ford throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McNamara was covering up waiting for the punch and Ford finishes the takedown easily into guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ford stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McNamara swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ford has gone for a leg lock! McNamara slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ford's guard. Ford wants to stand up but McNamara is controlling him. Ford wriggles free and stands up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ford throws a right and a left that McNamara avoids nicely. Ford doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Ford misses with a wild body shot. Ford darts in trying to clinch and McNamara counters with a lovely straight right hand! McNamara throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McNamara drops Ford with a beautiful combination! Ford stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - McNamara is looking for the KO!
Ford is rocked! Ford get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Ford stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but McNamara runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
