Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kieran Muhunthan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muhunthan has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Kieran Muhunthan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kieran Muhunthan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chad Collins! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Collins lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Kieran Muhunthan has been cut. Muhunthan is breathing heavily. Collins drives through with a takedown into guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Collins is stalling in the full guard. Collins pushes down on Muhunthan's leg and manages to get into half guard. Collins looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Muhunthan is trying to stand back up but Collins is controlling him

Collins looking to control but Muhunthan is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Collins cracks Muhunthan with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Collins controlling from the full mount. Muhunthan is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Collins trying to control but Muhunthan is having none of it. Muhunthan is in a horrible position here. Collins smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

It looks like Collins might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Collins lands a heavy elbow. Collins digs a right hand underneath Muhunthan's ribcage. Muhunthan let out a lung full of air as it connected. Collins gets a trip takedown into half guard. Collins is working for a submission of some sort.
Collins is looking to advance position but Muhunthan won't allow it. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Collins scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Collins sitting and controlling from the half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Muhunthan is staying active underneath Collins, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Collins decides to stand and escape the position. Kieran Muhunthan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Collins looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Muhunthan is fending him off so far but Collins persists. Nope, Muhunthan circles away and we're back to standing. Collins shoots in and drives through. Muhunthan sprawls well. Collins dives in and scores a takedown into Muhunthan's guard. Collins lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Collins scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Collins stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Muhunthan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Collins connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Muhunthan's hands. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Collins shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Collins showed some decent athleticism there. Collins stops Muhunthan from getting back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Collins stalling away here and it's allowed Muhunthan to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Muhunthan keeping moving, preventing Collins from controlling successfully. Muhunthan is trying to hold Collins in close to prevent damage but Collins has managed to pass into half guard.
Collins gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Muhunthan gets caught napping as Collins dives in and scores a takedown. Muhunthan manages to retain guard. Collins wants to control from the top but Muhunthan keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Collins tries to free his leg and advance position but Muhunthan is retaining full guard. Collins has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Collins is looking to work some ground and pound but Muhunthan has wrist control. Collins is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Chad Collins. Muhunthan circles away from the clinch attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Collins throws a head kick but Muhunthan moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chad Collins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Kieran Muhunthan's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Collins clinches up against the cage. Collins managing to block the knees to the body from Muhunthan.
Collins is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Collins is trying to trip Muhunthan. He has hold of a leg but Muhunthan is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Collins persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Collins throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Collins keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Muhunthan's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Collins is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Let's hope that Collins has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Muhunthan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Muhunthan tries to get out of the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Muhunthan is working an open guard so Collins takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. A head kick misses from Collins. Collins tries to clinch up. Collins lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Collins tries to land a front kick but Muhunthan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Collins closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Muhunthan to the mat! Muhunthan manages to get full guard. Muhunthan has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Collins is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Muhunthan. Collins cracks Muhunthan with a big elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Muhunthan is looking to regain half guard here but Collins keeps moving and retains side control. Collins scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Muhunthan to see if he's OK. Collins scores with punches from side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Collins tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Muhunthan seems a little lost for a moment, as Collins dominates the positioning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Muhunthan tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Collins easily slips into full mount! Collins sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Muhunthan keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Collins avoids the attempt from Muhunthan to control. Collins wants to control the pace but Muhunthan is squirming around nicely. Muhunthan tries to lock up and control but Collins gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Collins working for a guillotine from mount but Muhunthan is in no mood to give up. And that's the end of the fight! Chad Collins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Collins has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
