Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Bitonti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Nielsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nielsen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bulls On Parade by Rage Against The Machine. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

15 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Anthony Bitonti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brian Nielsen! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bitonti ducks under a wild hook from Nielsen. Bitonti is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Anthony Bitonti has been cut. Nielsen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nielsen takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Nielsen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nielsen drops his hands momentarily and Bitonti takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Nielsen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nielsen walks into a left hand. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Some bone on bone action there as Nielsen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Nielsen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bitonti.
Nielsen misses with a few strikes there.
Bitonti misses with a straight right. Nielsen fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bitonti on the side of the head. Bitonti lands with a cross. Anthony Bitonti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bitonti throws a jab when Nielsen was well out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bitonti goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Nielsen throws out a loose jab but Bitonti uses good head movement to avoid it. Brian Nielsen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jab from Nielsen. A swing and a miss from Bitonti. Nielsen misses with a looping left. Bitonti looks for the body kick but Nielsen saw that one coming. Nielsen tries to clinch up. Nielsen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bitonti connects with a crisp jab. Nielsen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bitonti was well out of range. Poor timing from Nielsen. A low kick from Bitonti misses and Nielsen counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Bitonti fails with the takedown. Bitonti misses with an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheers as Nielsen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bitonti doesn't seem phased though. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nielsen checks a leg kick. Bitonti moves away from the strike by Nielsen. Nielsen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Bitonti shoots in but no luck this time. Nielsen catches Bitonti with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! A head kick misses from Bitonti. Nielsen connects with a looping right hand.
Bitonti blocks a jab. Bitonti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nielsen manages to avoid it. A combination from Nielsen does no damage. Bitonti misses with a head kick.
Bitonti tests Nielsen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nielsen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Nielsen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Bitonti shoots in for a takedown but Nielsen shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Bitonti. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nielsen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Bitonti is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nielsen. Nielsen stuns Bitonti with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Bitonti attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Nielsen just misses with a punch to the body.
Bitonti moves forwards but Nielsen connects with a nice, crisp jab. Nielsen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bitonti circles away quickly and effectively. Nielsen punishes Bitonti's body with a nice straight punch. Bitonti pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bitonti steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nielsen. Bitonti just misses with a punch to the body.
Bitonti slips under a jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bitonti throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Nielsen scores with a jab to the head.
A nice combination there by Nielsen.
A swing and a miss from Bitonti. A jab from Nielsen misses. Nielsen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bitonti. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bitonti throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nielsen scores with a punch to the head.
Anthony Bitonti's cut is getting worse. Nielsen is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Bitonti had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Nielsen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Nielsen dominated that round. The cut man is working on Anthony Bitonti's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Bitonti is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Nielsen. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bitonti.
Nielsen slips a straight right by Bitonti. Nielsen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bitonti was well out of range. Poor timing from Nielsen. Nielsen misses with a looping left. Brian Nielsen seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bitonti on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Bitonti pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Bitonti shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nielsen as he avoids it easily. Nielsen lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bitonti at a distance.
Nielsen connects with a right hand. Bitonti shakes it off. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice straight punches there by Nielsen. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Nielsen.
Anthony Bitonti's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Bitonti shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nielsen is looking for a sweep. Bitonti is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bitonti trying to mount his opponent but Nielsen defends it. Nielsen trying to control here.
Nielsen wants to improve his position but Bitonti is controlling well.
Bitonti looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bitonti missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Nielsen gets full guard. Bitonti wants to pass the guard but Nielsen is keeping the position. Bitonti trying to control the position from guard on top but Nielsen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nielsen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bitonti content to stall in guard here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Nielsen takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nielsen scores with a jab to the jaw. Bitonti doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Nielsen throws an overhand right that lands on Bitonti's shoulder, as Bitonti tries to avoid the shot. A slow jab from Bitonti misses its intended target. Bitonti scores with a shot to the body.
Nielsen lands a nice shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bitonti lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bitonti looks to land a body kick but Nielsen moved away. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A telegraphed right hand from Bitonti misses the target. Bitonti ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Bitonti wants to land a leg kick but Nielsen is out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Nielsen misses the target. Bitonti takes one to the side of the head.
Bitonti misses with an uppercut. Bitonti bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bitonti advances to mount. Bitonti wants to control the pace but Nielsen is squirming around nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Brian Nielsen will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Anthony Bitonti's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Bitonti is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Bitonti takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Nielsen clobbers Bitonti with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Nielsen tries to clinch up but Bitonti circles away and keeps his distance. Nielsen thows a body shot but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nielsen connects with a single shot there. A jab from Nielsen finds it's way through Bitonti's defenses.
Jeez, Anthony Bitonti's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Bitonti attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Left hook, right uppercut from Nielsen.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Anthony Bitonti's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
