Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nestor Anderton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis comes to the cage accompanied by Justin Moore - I Could Kick Your Ass. Anderton has chosen Better Believe It as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
23 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Lewis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nestor Anderton! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Anderton. Anderton avoids the head kick by Lewis.
Lewis jabbing away but nothing is landing. Lewis throws a big shot that misses. Anderton fails to land with a series of punches.
Nice cross by Anderton.
It looks like Mark Lewis has been cut. Anderton blocks a leg kick. Lewis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Anderton.
Lewis thumps Anderton with a low kick. A big left from Anderton misses. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A nice leg kick lands there from Lewis. Anderton misses with a leg kick. Anderton waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lewis. Lewis turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Lewis fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Lewis looks to throw the jab but Anderton is out of range. Anderton throws a jab but it's blocked by Lewis. Lewis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lewis with a nice cross. Anderton fails to land with a series of punches.
Anderton throws a hook but Lewis blocks it. No joy there for Anderton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. A low kick from Anderton misses enabling Lewis to counter with a crisp jab. A slow jab from Anderton misses its intended target. Nice cross by Anderton. Lewis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Anderton needs to keep his hands up - Lewis had a free shot at his head there. Anderton takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Lewis moves out of range of the strikes. Anderton closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Lewis is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lewis moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Lewis throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lewis wants to stand up but Anderton is controlling him. Lewis looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Lewis isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Anderton stacks Lewis on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Anderton! Lewis tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewis is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lewis manages to get to full guard.
Anderton scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Anderton slips nicely into half guard. Lewis is trying to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Anderton wants to take a breather but Lewis is having none of it. Lewis slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Anderton controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Anderton slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lewis on the wrong end of some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nestor Anderton dominated that round. The cut man is working on Mark Lewis's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Anderton tries a head kick but it misses.
Anderton throws a lazy right hand but Lewis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Nestor Anderton seems to be getting the better of the standup. Lewis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Anderton looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Anderton lands with an uppercut that bounces Lewis off the cage and back into range.
Mark Lewis's cut is getting worse. Anderton slips a jab from Lewis. Lewis throws an overhand right that lands on Anderton's shoulder, as Anderton tries to avoid the shot. Anderton moves forwards but Lewis connects with a nice, crisp jab. Lewis scores with the left hand. Anderton knows he should have avoided that one. Lewis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Lewis lands with a slapping head kick. Anderton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lewis but Lewis pushes him off and we're back to square one. Anderton misses with an uppercut. Lewis saw that one coming. This has been an exciting period of action! Lewis avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Lewis tries a low kick but Anderton avoids it. A low kick from Lewis misses and Anderton counters with a shoot takedown. Lewis fights it but they end up in guard. Lewis is pulling down on Anderton's head. It's preventing any offense from Anderton, at least for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anderton postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Lewis not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Lewis doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Lewis wants to sweep but no luck. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lewis is on top in guard.
Lewis trying to control the position from guard on top but Anderton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lewis throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Anderton is controlling Lewis's posture. Lewis is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Lewis landing with the ground and pound. Anderton has Lewis pulled in close to control his posture. Nestor Anderton has got the better of the ground game so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Mark Lewis just wasn't active enough. Lewis connects with a leg kick. Anderton looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Lewis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Mark Lewis's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. A looping hook to the body misses from Anderton. Lewis does a little dance to reset his feet. Anderton scores with a hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Good leg kick by Lewis there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Anderton throws a big shot that misses. Lewis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Anderton lands a jab-cross combination. Anderton looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Anderton won't allow Lewis to sweep him here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lewis manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Nestor Anderton showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Mark Lewis's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Anderton feints and then cracks Lewis's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lewis down. Lewis staying out of range there. Lewis keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Good exchange - Lewis coming out on top. Lewis scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Anderton blocks a jab. Anderton tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Anderton looks to land a combination but Lewis avoids it well. A big right from Lewis misses. Lewis connects with a jab. Anderton works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Anderton clinches up against the cage. Lewis lands a left hand.
Anderton blocks an uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Anderton is trying to stall.
Lewis throws an elbow but it's blocked.
That's one minute gone in the round. A right hand to the body from Anderton.
Anderton stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Anderton struggles to land a body shot inside as Lewis controls his hands.
Anderton lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Jeez, Mark Lewis's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Anderton's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Anderton looks for the body kick but Lewis saw that one coming. Anderton drives through with a takedown into Lewis's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Anderton working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Anderton postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Anderton stopping the sweep attempt from Lewis. Lewis working for a triangle but Anderton defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lewis lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Anderton! Anderton tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lewis unloads with some shots from mount but Anderton bucks and avoids them well.
Lewis misses with a head shot. Lewis thowing shots but they're missing. Lewis looking to control and managing it successfully. Anderton wants to control but Lewis is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Anderton is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Mark Lewis has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lewis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Anderton is looking to escape. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Anderton is looking to get to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Nestor Anderton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Anderton has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
