Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Black Fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Cranshow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dave Cranshow told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Cranshow catches Fedor right on the button with a cross.
It looks like The Black Fedor has been cut.
Cranshow keeps the fight on the outside.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cranshow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cranshow drops Fedor with a big left hand and mounts him. Fedor is in big trouble!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Cranshow misses with a head shot.
Fedor tries to reverse the position but Cranshow maintains control.
Fedor slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Fedor trying to control but Cranshow postures up.
Fedor is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cranshow's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cranshow's back!
Fedor is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Cranshow up.
Fedor has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fedor looking to break Cranshow's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Cranshow remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Fedor will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Fedor could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
I really don't envy Cranshow right now.

Fedor doesn't have the hooks in and Cranshow manages to turn into his guard.
Cranshow postures up in Fedor's guard and throws a big left but Fedor blocks it.
Fedor manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Fedor sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Fedor lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Cranshow hang on?
Fedor has control of Cranshow's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Cranshow regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Fedor has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Cranshow's face.

Fedor wants to finish this one by submission but Cranshow is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Fedor.
Fedor misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The referee warns Cranshow that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Fedor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Fedor is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Cranshow is surviving well by controlling Fedor's body position as best he can.
Fedor unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Cranshow wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Fedor celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
