Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adolf Hummel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robbie Bex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bex has chosen French as his entrance music. Hummel is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Adolf Hummel has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adolf Hummel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bex cracks Hummel with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Hummel is breathing heavily.
Bex looking to score a takedown here. Hummel is defending well but Bex drives through and ends up in Hummel's guard.
Hummel keeping moving, preventing Bex from controlling successfully.
Bex cracks Hummel with a solid left hand.
Bex is working Hummel over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Bex stands up over Hummel, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Bex throws a big right hand that misses.
Bex engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bex trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Hummel manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Bex managing to control the position.

Bex's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Robbie Bex.
Hummel misses with a hook.
Bex gets a double leg takedown into Hummel's guard.
Bex wants to control from the top but Hummel keeps moving.
Bex is in close to Hummel's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Bex is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Bex postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Bex is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hummel will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Robbie Bex.
Bex scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Bex is looking to advance position but Hummel won't allow it.
Bex not doing much here.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Let's hope that Bex has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Bex landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Bex seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Bex tries to control but Hummel wriggling away.

Bex cracks Hummel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bex landing strikes, looking to finish!
Bex working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hummel tries to hold on but Bex postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robbie Bex dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bex shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Bex is nestled in close to Hummel, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Bex looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Bex decides to return to a standing position.
Nice combo by Bex! Oh, that's hurt him - Hummel falls to the canvas and Bex follows him into side control.
Hummel is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bex looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Oh Hummel is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bex taking a breather here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bex decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hummel to his feet.
Bex swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bex has closed the distance and engaged Hummel in a clinch.
Bex pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Adolf Hummel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bex steps in with a hook that catches Hummel right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Bex follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Hummel looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robbie Bex!
In his post fight interview, Robbie Bex started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
