Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Pleasures (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan has chosen Freestyler as his entrance music. John Pleasures is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pleasures punishes Ryan's body with a nice straight punch.
Ryan lands a two punch combo.
Pleasures throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ryan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Ryan cracks the inside of Pleasures's front leg.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ryan.
Ryan looks for the body kick but Pleasures saw that one coming.
Pleasures keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pleasures throws a shot from downtown. Ryan moves away and avoids it.
Pleasures tries to sprawl but Ryan drives through with a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ryan passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Pleasures!
Ryan sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close second round but I would say that John Pleasures will probably get the nod.

Ryan throws an elbow that misses. Pleasures uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ryan's guard. Nice move by Pleasures!
Pleasures is fighting to break Ryan's control of his arms but Ryan is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ryan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pleasures can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to John Pleasures.
I think Pleasures has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
