Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Kharitonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Helgi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kharitonov comes to the cage accompanied by BLUNT - Raggae All Day. Vladimir Kharitonov is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helgi throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kharitonov.
Helgi does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kharitonov plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Bjorn Helgi has been cut.
Kharitonov punishes Helgi's body with a nice straight punch.

Helgi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kharitonov looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Helgi buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Helgi looks to land a right hand but Kharitonov moved out of range.
Helgi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kharitonov.
Helgi motions for Kharitonov to come forward. Helgi throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Helgi shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kharitonov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Kharitonov holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That's time! Kharitonov's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Helgi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kharitonov sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Kharitonov takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Kharitonov dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Helgi. That did some damage!
Helgi's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Kharitonov throws a low kick but it's checked well by Helgi.

Helgi cracks Kharitonov with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Kharitonov tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Helgi pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Kharitonov is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bjorn Helgi!
An out of breath Bjorn Helgi thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
