Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dishaun Ringle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matthew Langshaw!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ringle takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
No luck for Ringle with that takedown attempt.
Ringle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Langshaw is fending him off so far but Ringle persists. Nope, Langshaw circles away and we're back to standing.
Ringle has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Langshaw tries for a takedown but Ringle sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Ringle keeps the fight on the outside.

Ringle closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Ringle is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Langshaw has managed to free his arm - good work.
Langshaw trying to hold on to Ringle's head to control him but Ringle postures up.

Langshaw is defending against the submission attempts here by Ringle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ringle blocks the strikes from Langshaw.
Ringle really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ringle moves nicely into side control.
Langshaw is trying to control Ringle's posture but Ringle avoids it.
Langshaw really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ringle. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ringle tries for a kimura but Langshaw is defending well.

Ringle tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ringle has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Langshaw wants to control but Ringle postures up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Langshaw is looking to regain half guard here but Ringle keeps moving and retains side control.

Ringle is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Langshaw has escaped the position, nice work there.

Ringle has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Ringle is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Langshaw can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Langshaw sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Ringle wants to work for an arm triangle but Langshaw is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Ringle prevents Langshaw from improving his position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Ringle is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Ringle maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Langshaw could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Ringle has cracked it and Langshaw is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Ringle!
