Austin comes to the cage accompanied by Stone Cold Entrance. Hendrix comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Are You Experienced- The Jimi Hendrix Experience kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin gets caught flat footed, as Hendrix shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Hendrix postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Hendrix is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Austin tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Hendrix postures up in Austin's guard and throws a big left but Austin blocks it.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Hendrix is sitting in close to Austin's body. Austin has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hendrix is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hendrix is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Austin.
