3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mufasa Taylor! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good leg kick by Bordado there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
No joy there for Bordado, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Taylor throws a jab when Bordado was well out of range. Bordado looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Taylor has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bordado. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Joaquin Bordado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bordado fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Taylor manages to avoid it.

Bordado swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Taylor. Bordado throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Taylor. Taylor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Taylor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bordado but Bordado pushes him off and we're back to square one. A big left from Bordado misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bordado throws a sloppy head kick so Taylor counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Bordado wants to stand up but Taylor is controlling him. Taylor passes into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Taylor seems to be working for a kimura but Bordado defends the submission attempt. Taylor is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Taylor is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The strikes coming from Bordado are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Taylor is still in real trouble! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Taylor can do anything to dispel that myth. Taylor looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Bordado sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Taylor defending well though. Taylor has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bordado is working away from the top position though. Taylor uses the momentum to regain guard. Bordado is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Taylor has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bordado is looking to defend but Taylor has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bordado! Taylor pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bordado taps out and this one is all over!
