Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a hook.
Alvarez blocks a jab.
Silva catches Alvarez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Silva swinging wildly here.
Silva connects with a right hand. Alvarez shakes it off.
Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Alvarez throws a hook to the side of Silva's head but Silva sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Alvarez moves away from the strike by Silva.
Alvarez on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Alvarez looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.

It looks like Anderson Silva has been cut.
A punch lands to the side of Silva 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Silva throws a left and a right that both miss
and Alvarez counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Silva connects with a nice looking jab.
Alvarez ducks under a wild hook from Silva.
Decent striking displayed by Alvarez there.

Silva missing with a left hand there. Alvarez was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Silva drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Alvarez slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Alvarez lands a really nice looking cross but Silva seems unphased.
Donk. Alvarez catches Silva right on the button with a cross.

Silva fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Alvarez manages to avoid it.
Alvarez misses with an uppercut. Silva saw that one coming.
Alvarez throws a lazy right hand but Silva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Alvarez tries to clinch but Silva is having none of it.
Anderson Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alvarez connects with a body shot that sends Silva's belly button to the back.
Alvarez fails in his attempt to clinch.

Silva throws a looping overhand right but Alvarez ducks down to avoid it.
Alvarez wants to clinch.
Alvarez misses with an uppercut.
Silva just misses with a punch to the body.
Nice uppercut lands for Silva. That snapped Alvarez's head back.
Alvarez avoids the body shot from Silva.
Alvarez dips to his left and cracks Silva with an uppercut!
Silva has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Silva there as he acknowledges the shot.
Silva drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Silva thuds his right hand into Alvarez's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Silva circles away from the clinch attempt.
Silva is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alvarez.
Silva lunges at Alvarez with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Alvarez's hand.

Alvarez clinches up against the ropes.
Alvarez decides to pull guard.
Alvarez striking off his back but it's not causing Silva any problems.
Alvarez has his feet on Silva's thighs here. He's pushed Silva off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Silva screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
